Terms and Services for PrintMe

These Terms and Services ("Agreement") govern your use of the PrintMe ("App") available on the Wix App Market ("Platform"). By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. App Functionality

The App allows users of the Wix website builder platform to print their website pages and customize certain aspects, including changing the background color and hiding the header and footer. The App is designed to enhance the website creation experience for non-technical users.

1. User Responsibilities

2.1. Installation and Use: You are responsible for installing the App on your Wix website and ensuring its compatibility with your website's design and functionality. You agree to use the App in accordance with its intended purpose and any instructions provided by the App developer.

2.2. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content created or uploaded to your website. The App does not claim any ownership rights over your website content.

1. App Limitations

3.1. Third-Party Services: The App may integrate with third-party services or require the use of third-party tools. You acknowledge that the availability and functionality of such third-party services are outside the control of the App developer. Any use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3.2. Compatibility: While the App strives to be compatible with the Wix platform, occasional limitations or conflicts may arise due to updates or changes made by Wix. The App developer will make reasonable efforts to resolve any compatibility issues but does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.

1. Privacy

The App may collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

1. Intellectual Property

5.1. App Ownership: The App, including any intellectual property rights, remains the property of the App developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

5.2. Website Content: The App does not claim any ownership rights over your website content. However, you grant the App developer a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your website content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's functionality.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

1. Modifications and Termination

The App developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof at any time without prior notice or liability. You may uninstall the App at any time by removing it from your Wix website.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
